On your very first appointment it will also email you a consultation form. If you fill that out it will submit it onto our system. You will receive this email each time until you have completed it.
Once filled in it will never ask you again.

You will do your own step by step hands on facial, using your own products (or Elemis if your skin care is incomplete).
During the process we will teach you how to use the products and explain the benefits of each step. You will go home with your own personal record to keep for future reference.
